Flow
Philosophy
Flow is a gentle, very specific touch that allows a person or animal to become healthier, both physically and emotionally. Dr. Joni incorporates Flow therapy into chiropractic work, or uses it as a stand alone modality.
It was developed by Dr. Lance Wright, DC, to assist the body in dropping tension, thus increasing oxygen and blood flow. What makes flow unique is the direct communication that happens neurologically. Often, 2 to 5 touches in less than 5 minutes can bring substantial changes. Flow can be done on any person or animal, regardless of age or physical condition.

Live more balanced, where your health enhances your lifestyle
Flow is remarkable in that the process assists the body in dropping tension, thus increasing oxygen and blood flow.
What makes flow unique is the direct neurological communication with the nervous system. As the body releases stress, it moves from a state of survival (sympathetic nervous system) to a state of healing and growth (parasympathetic nervous system). The nervous system is the king pin of the body, --- be physical, mental or emotional. The activation process releases the nervous system to flow, to find its balance and harmony, and from a chiropractic standpoint--as it does, the whole structural system unwinds as it need be. As the hard structural system unwinds so can the soft structural system i.e. muscles, soft connective tissues, and organs as needed.
Flow can be done on a perfectly healthy individual or animal to improve performance levels i.e. before a race or dressage test etc.
“When one is in a state of flow, the mind and body are in a state of healing and growth” Dr. Lance Wright, DC
